Jaine’s story

We both had a brilliant time in Budapest and would like to thank you immensley for looking after us so well and making the whole experience stress free. Budapest is such a beautiful place. I can highly recommend the city tour bus trip around Budapest at the start of anyone’s stay. That way, you get to see where everything is and can plan your time around the things you want to do. The trams are a really easy and cheap way of getting around and everything was so accessible.

I have looked into having my operation a number of times but have always ended up not doing it due to lack of confidence or money. The price for Budapest actually meant that the dream I have had for 15 years could actually become a reality. As you could probably tell by the number of e mails I sent previously I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. Thanks to you I know that I did. Every question asked, no matter how mundane, was answered fully and with care and consideration. Everything from where to stay, where to exchange money, what to do whilst there, even what to pack! I really feel that it was down to the way that you dealt with everything that I had no reservations what so ever in travelling to Budapest for my operation. My friend who travelled with me also felt at ease knowing that you would be on call if she needed you for anything.

Everything was so simple and stress free. The surgeon and nurses at the hospital were all really approachable, caring and professional. I really cant believe how painfree I have felt throughout.

I have already given your details to three people and would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone and everyone who was considering surgery. Before I booked with yourselves I read the various reports from other people but was still quite cynical and sceptical but am very pleased to say that I can now echo 1000 times over the words of everyone else.

Once all of the swelling has gone down and my stitches are out I will send 'after' photographs. I am sure I will be a lot more comfortable posing for these ones than I was for the 'before' ones!
