About baldness in general
The most frequent form of baldness is the so called male pattern baldness, medically referred to as alopecia androgenetica. This form of baldness can occur in females diffusely. For this condition the only known natural and permanent treatment is the hair restoration plastic surgery, and its mostly developed and modern technique: Hair Transplantation with Follicular Units (FUT).
Acquired baldness can develop as the result of surgery, medical treatment, trauma, burn injuries or different diseases. Hair restoration in the form of hair transplant with follicular units can be performed successfuly in these cases too. With this hair transplant technique, eye-lashes or eyebrows can be reconstructed for example after burn injuries.
